For Slack teams who want to receive notifications for registration activity in their Sequel event, a Zap can be setup to automate notifications and enhance workflows.

To setup trigger and action items between Sequel.io and Slack,
In your Zapier environment, create a new zap with "sequel.io" as the triggering app.
You may be asked to login and connect the two systems if not already.
Under Setup for the Sequel trigger > Set the "Trigger" as "New Attendee Pre-Registration" (or whichever activity you want notifications for)
Under "Configure", you'll add the company ID which can be found in:
API information - found in the Integrations tab > Sequel API for Business and above plans OR
In dashboard URL after the /company part. For example: In the below, the company ID would be "

Now, it's time to set what channels and message text you want for the Slack notification.
Select the Action step of your Zap to configure settings for the Slack notification.
You can choose channel from list (or create a new one, then refresh and you'll see it populate in the drop-down)
Select the information you'd like to include in your Slack message. You can add in dynamic fields from Sequel:
