Share CRM Integrations with Workspaces

If your account has multiple workspaces, you can control whether those workspaces share your parent account's CRM integrations, or push data to their own separate integrations instead.

What this setting does

By default, all workspaces under your account share the same CRM integrations. Any registration and attendance data collected in a workspace pushes to the CRM integrations connected at the parent account level.

This is useful when all your workspaces represent the same business and should feed the same CRM or you want to share where information with webhooks is sent.
If one of your workspaces is a sandbox, test, or staging environment, you would want to adjust this setting since test data would otherwise flow into your production CRM alongside real records.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click Workspaces.

  3. Under Manage Workspaces, find the Share CRM integrations with workspaces toggle.

Turning it off

Turn the toggle off to stop your workspaces from pushing data into the parent account's CRM integrations. Once it's off:

  • Workspaces stay part of your account, but no longer share the parent's CRM connections.

  • Each workspace only pushes registration and attendance data to CRM integrations connected directly to that workspace.

  • This keeps a sandbox or test workspace from sending records into your production CRM.

Turning it on

Turn the toggle on (the default) to have all workspaces push registration and attendance data to the CRM integrations connected at the parent account level. Workspaces don't need their own separate CRM connections in this case.
