Organize Media with Folders

Keep files easy to find in the Media Hub with Folders for specific events, topics or speakers.

To get started with Folders follow these steps:

  1. Access the Media Hub in your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click "New Folder" in the top right corner.

  3. Name your Folder.

  4. Click "Save".

  5. Choose which media to add to a folder by clicking the empty checkbox in the top left corner of each video.

  6. Once you've selected your media click the move button below the search bar.

  7. Choose which folder you'd like to use.

  8. Select "Move".

You can create as many Folders as you need to organize your Media Hub. You can also delete Folders by clicking the Trashcan icon inside the Folder.

When you delete a Folder the media doesn't get deleted too. It all moves back to the Media Hub.
