Media Hub allows you to manage all your media the Admin Dashboard! With the Media Hub you can upload and download media, view replays, link media to specific events, search media, embed media, and generate AI content. You can even edit your replays!
Accessing the Media Hub
To access the Media Hub, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Sequel.io account.
2. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
3. Choose "Media Hub" from the side menu.
Uploading Media
Click on the "Upload Files" option and add any local MP4 file from your computer.
Searching Existing Media
If you want to search for existing media within the Media Hub, take the following steps:
1. Enter the name of the media, the associated event name, or the associated event ID in the Search bar.
2. Select "Search".
Editing Media
Quickly trim replays in Sequel.io. This feature is especially helpful for polishing On-Demand Replays.
Open the Media Editor by clicking "Edit Clip" on any piece of Media.
Move the slider to control trim and length of media.
To trim by transcript, using Sequel AI projects to get precise and use the 16:9 ratio option to get a "webinar" look if desired.
Sequel AI
Create SEO-optimized blog & social content from your events right in the Media Hub. Select the media you want to repurpose and click "Sequel AI". For more information about creating and editing content with Sequel AI check out this article.
Dub Videos and Webinars in Another Language

Link Media to Events
To link media to an event, which allows it to be played on the Virtual Stage or in a pre-scheduled Simulive style, follow these steps:
Select the desired media clip.
Choose the "Share this media with events.".
Choose to share the media with:
No Events
Specific Events
All Events
Downloading, Deleting, and Renaming Media
The Media Hub also provides options to perform the following actions on media files:
Rename: Modify the name of the media file.
Download, Arrow Pointing Down: Save a copy of the media file to your device.
Share, 3 dots connected: Share via view-only link or using embed code.
Delete, Red Trashcan: Permanently remove the selected media from Sequel.io.
Organizing Media with Folders
To get started with Folders follow these steps:
Access the Media Hub in your Admin Dashboard.
Click "New Folder" in the top right corner.
Name your Folder.
Click "Save".
Choose which media to add to a folder by clicking the empty checkbox in the top left corner of each video.
Once you've selected your media click the move button below the search bar.
Choose which folder you'd like to use.
Select "Move".
You can create as many Folders as you need to organize your Media Hub. You can also delete Folders by clicking the Trashcan icon inside the Folder.
Chapters for On-Demand Viewing
Let your audience get to what they value and/or revisit content easily with video chapters. Sequel provides two ways to generate chapters for your video or event recording.
To get started on adding chapters, find the video in media hub and select "Chapters" option:
This will open up your manual or AI options. You can name, edit timestamps, and delete chapters to fit your needs.
If you're manually adding chapters, click the "Add chapter" button below the video at the time you want to apply chaptering in the video. This will add it to the right side as the next chapter.
Local Recordings Media
If you have local recordings enabled, you'll see those recordings in folders as well. They'll be marked by Date, Speaker's Name, and "Local Recording." Learn more about local recordings.
