Contact Sequel Support

Sequel.io offers chat and email support to all customers Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM ET-8:00 PM ET. If you reach out to our team outside of business days and hours, we will be in touch as soon as we are back online!

Email: To contact us via email, send us a message with a description of the issue or question you have at support@sequel.io.

Chat: You can reach us via chat from the chat widget in your Sequel.io Dashboard and within the Help Center.

When reporting an issue to Sequel.io, it is important to first take a look at our Technical Troubleshooting Collection and our status page for assistance. If unable to resolve your issue, please contact Sequel support with the following information:

  • Company - Event Name

  • Description of issue

  • # of users impacted and whether any are of Host or Presenter role

    • If Host or Presenter are impacted, please collect their emails

  • Browser/Device used

  • Description of error message - if applicable.

For our customers on the Standard Support plan - our team will be in response to your question or inquiry within 5 business days. Sequel.io offers phone support during live events for our customers that are on a Business plan only.
