Manage your participants by following these steps:
Select the event in your Sequel Admin Dashboard
Choose the Participants tab
Search for the registrant
Select the ellipsis in the far right column for that registrant
Choose between Copy Join Code, Resend confirmation email, Block user, and Delete user
Copy Join Code will copy that participant's Unique Join Code to your clipboard - this is can be used to share with any registrants that are reporting issues in accessing the event. If they are unable to locate their email or calendar with their unique link, you can share this code directly to any registrants and they can input it in the I already have a join code field of the Virtual Stage.
Resend confirmation email will resend the confirmation email to that user.
Block User will make this participant unable to join your event.
Delete User will remove the registrant from the event, however, this will not block them from registering again with the same email.
