Have events across initiatives that you want to spotlight in one landing page?
Possible with just a few clicks with the Multi-Event Registration widget for English language events! This is a standalone type widget and is not attached to a specific event.
Once embedded, the registration will look similar to this. The colors of the checkboxes as well as assets and description shown on the right are all customizable!
Note* for events with customer registration questions: If the three events you have selected do not all have the same registration questions, we'll show the set of questions needed for each selected. For example, if 1 out of 3 events ask for Job Title and Company, we will show that for the registration form for multi-event registration. The event with these mapped will pass through to CRM.
As selections are made, the event description, etc. will populate on the right side of the view so registrants know exactly what to look forward to!
Let's get into building this widget out!
Building and Editing Widget Set
Start the company level under "Widgets" area in left navigation from Admin dashboard.
Select "New Widget Set" on the top right.
Name your set and choose the type as Standalone, and click "Create"

This will open up the widget builder area. From here, select + Add Widget on the left of the screen and choose "Multi-Event Registration" option.
Editing Widget Settings
Once you've chosen your widget, time to ensure it looks up to your brand and spotlights the right speakers, etc.
To edit Widget settings,
Click on pencil icon. This will open up widget colors as well as speaker options per chosen event.
Select specific events by checking the checkbox next to it or using "inclusion" words to select for you.
Within these settings, you can also change the look and feel of the cards, checkbox, borders, etc.
After your event selections are in place, time to set your speaker settings right below it. You'll be able to choose whether to hide/display the speaker as well as their attributes like photo, logo, Linkedin URL, etc.

Embedding Event with Widget Attached
Once Widgets are set for your event and you're happy with how it looks, time to embed your event on your site. Use the embed code for the registration type of your choice and you'll see the chosen Widget set populate with your event!
For multi-registration widget embed, navigate to the main "Widgets" area where you build your widget. You'll see a code icon and click that to grab your embed code to use.
