Resend Registration Confirmation Emails to Attendees

Resending confirmation emails for any reason: to reflect change in event date/time or event embedded URL for watching the event, etc.

Resend confirmation emails via Admin Dashboard

The simplest way to resend a confirmation email is via the Admin Dashboard.

  1. Open the Participants tab for the event and find the name and email address for the registrant.

  2. To the right of their registration information select the 3 dots.

  3. Select Resend confirmation email

Resend Registration Confirmation when Event Date/Time Changed

When you need to postpone your event and it already has attendees, you can resend emails with updated details. To do this,

  1. Change the date/time to the current event date/time in "Details" tab of the event.

  2. Hit "Save"

  3. When you save the new date/time, you'll see a purple message for resending confirmation emails (so that the calendar hold reflects the new time as well). Click on the 'Resend Emails' button.

  4. Sequel will confirm the # of attendees in a pop-up so you know who all is receiving this updated email. Click on "Resend" button to complete the process.

Resend via registration form

Attendees can also ask to have their confirmation email resent via the registration form.

  1. Fill out the registration fields using the same email that was originally used when registering, and select Register.

  2. A message will appear in red indicating that the email is already registered.

  3. Select Resend confirmation email or add your unique join code which can be accessed via your confirmation/reminder emails and calendar hold.

Join with alternate email

Lastly, at the registration form, a user can register with a different email address to enter the event. Once they register, they can select the Join session button to have access to the live session and the Chat+ right away!
