Resource Folder

Learn how to use the Resource Folder within the Virtual Stage to provide important documents, links, and decks to your audience.

Updated over a week ago

When hosting a webinar, it may be important to share certain files including downloadable PDFs, images, decks, links, and more to the audience. This provides an easy way for your audience to walk away with a tangible resource after the session.

As a host, you can simply upload any file to the Resources Folder within a Virtual Stage via your device or URL. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Virtual Stage as a Host

  2. Select the Resources Folder on the right-hand menu of the Virtual Stage

  3. Create a new set and then select Upload resources. Just note that the set you are creating is on the company level i.e. it will be accessible within all future webinars.

  4. Save your set.

  5. When ready for your resources to be live to your audience, select the Make set public button.

  6. If you want to hide the resources you have selected from your audience, then select the Make set private button.

In addition, here are a few important things to know about the Resources folder:

  • When adding or removing a resource form a set, you must save the set for it to be a live change.

  • If you are switching sets within the drop-down menu, you must then select Make set public within the new set for it to be live with your audience. You will see (Public) beside the set name that is live to the audience.

  • Select the ellipsis beside the set drop-down to duplicate, rename, or delete a set from you Virtual Stage and company.

  • The resource file size limit is 4GB. We support a large number of file types including PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, CSV, PPTX, KEY, JPG, PNG, WAV, MP4, MP3, MOV, GIF, SVG, and more!
