Let's get you up to speed with the terms that you will come to learn with our event modules and all that comes with it.

Sequel Modules

A single Virtual Stage that is created within your dashboard and embedded onto a website to host a live session.

A group of Circles that can be linked to a Virtual Stage or embedded stand-alone for a round-table networking experience.

A single round-table within a Networking Hub experience that an audience can jump into in order to engage in conversation with others.

The maximum number of audience members that can be within a Circle at any given time.

Admins manage Sequel.io account settings, billing information, and user roles and have the authority to add or remove Members, as well as modify billing details.

Members can view and interact with the organization's data, create and edit event, and manage evergreen content.

Hosts have full control over the Virtual Stage. Hosts can go live, enable interactive features, manage Presenters, invite and remove Presenters from the stage, moderate the chat, and access advanced features.

Presenters join the Virtual Stage to deliver presentations, share their screens, and play videos.

Attendees join the Virtual Stage to view and interact with the content presented by Hosts and Presenters.

A user that is granted additional control and access to a specific Circle.

AI Technology that allows a user to automatically repurpose event content into Transcripts, Blog Posts & Social Posts

Sequel.io's robust event registration allowing attendees to register and attend events on the same embed.

Customize and control all registration emails on a company or event level. Includes branding, content and frequency.

The ability to stream a hybrid or produced event using video and/or audio from studio cameras and/or an open-source software such as OBS.

Media Playlist allows creators to organize and share videos while live on the Virtual Stage, natively to each user.
