Optimize your workflow by cloning settings like across events.

Cloning your event

  1. Click the Clone Event icon on the event you'd like to clone.

  2. Update the Name & Start Time for the new event.

  3. Select which items you'd like to clone.

    1. Registration Type - Sequel.io, third party, or no-registration. This includes items like custom registration questions.

    2. Banner Image - The banner image associated with the original event.

    3. Associated Networking Hub - The Networking Hub associated with the original event.

    4. Customization - Any customization attributed to the original event.

    5. Hosts & Presenters - Any hosts & presenters attributed to the original event. Note that the admin cloning the event will always be set as a host regardless of whether Hosts and Presenters are NOT cloned.

    6. Emails - Email settings (enabled or disabled) and template customization at the event level.

If you're using our native CRM Integrations there are a few additional items you can clone.

Hubspot

  • Field Mapping - Keep existing mappings across events when using Sequel.io Registration

  • Registration Form - Choose a new Hubspot form when using Third-Party Registration

Marketo

  • Program Name - Change the Program Name for the new event.

  • Field Mapping - Keep existing mappings across events when using Sequel.io Registration

  • Program Status - Clone Program Status triggers the new event.

Salesforce

  • Field Mapping - Keep existing mappings across events when using Sequel.io Registration
