Company Analytics and Lead Scores Overview

Company Analytics gives you access to historical data across ALL your Sequel.io events.

Company Analytics allows customers to track data across events including Registration and Attendance data, View Times, Leads and more. Within the Company Analytics, customers can access the Overview of analytics across all events in the Overview tab AND data on all Leads within the Leads tab. To access both, select the Analytics tab on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.

Overview Company Analytics

The analytic overview will give customers the access to historical data across ALL Sequel.io events. Customers will also have the ability to choose a preset or custom date range when viewing analytics. By default, company analytics will show all-time data.

Analytics Summary

The Analytics Summary provides customers a high-level overview of their events including total time spent on their website, unique attendees, and average session duration. Customers also get visibility on the registered/attended conversion rate of all webinars!

Time on site: the total hours of users spent on your website while attending Sequel sessions (live + on-demand)

Unique attendees: the total amount of unique attendees that have been in any of your events

Average session duration: the average time in minutes that each user spent on your website

Conversion: the % of registrants that attend a live event

Line graphs & Circle graphs

View the unique live and on-demand views across all company webinars from monthly, weekly, or daily view depending on your date range. Our line graphs also present data based on hours spent on your website for a more granular view. Customers can also uncheck live or on-demand to only focus on one subset of data.

The circle graphs provide our customers insight on unique attendees and total hours spent on your website:

Events & Hosts

Take a granular look at your events and hosts across all of the company's virtual events. Here customers can see which event or webinar has performed the best in live and on-demand viewership and engagement.

Events: view your highest performing events based on number of attendees, minutes engaged, questions submitted, and polls responded to.

Hosts: view your hosts across all of your webinars to see who has engaged in the most events and view the same engagement analytics that you can see across your leads.

Company Lead Scores

Sequel strives to reduce the effort of trying to analyze event data by assigning lead scores based on engagement and view time metrics available at both event and company level analytics.

Customers can select the Leads tab at the top of their Company Analytics page in the Sequel Admin Dashboard to view their individual attendees to understand those that have engaged the most through a score between 1-10 β€” 10 being the most engaged and hottest lead!

  • Sequel Score: This represents the average of all event-specific scores, providing a comprehensive overview of a lead's overall engagement across multiple events.

  • Total Leads: The total number of unique registrants

  • Engaged Leads: The total number of leads that have scored >1

  • Hot Streaks: To further enhance relevance assessment, we've introduced hot streaks πŸ”₯ for users who've attended more than one event within the past 90 days. This innovative feature allows marketers to gauge the significance of lead engagement over time. For example, a prospect with an 8 lead score who's attended two events in the last month holds greater relevance than one with the same score but no recent event attendance.

Individually, you can see each lead engagement data on each attendee that includes Sequel score, events registered, events attended, average view time (live), and average view time (On-demand).

Lead Score Filtering

Customers can filter your Lead summary and Lead Attendance list by the following:

  • Sequel Score

  • Number of Events Attended

  • Average View Time Live

  • Average View Time On-Demand

Customers also have access to filter Lead data by events! The event selector will allow customers to choose one or more event to easily track performance across specific webinar initiatives, events, or multi-day conferences.
