Please note that starting Sequel began tracking email analytics data starting at October 1st, 2024. Any events created prior to this date will not have email analytics available.
With just a few clicks, you can gain deeper insights into how your attendees interact with all the emails associated with your events, right from the "Emails" tab under your event settings.
This feature is available for all customers, providing detailed delivery analytics for registration, reminder, and post-event communications.
Sequel.io automatically is tracking every email sent from the platform. This means you have access to a comprehensive view of your email performance, including:
Open Rates: See how many of your emails are being opened.
Click Rates: Measure how effectively your content drives engagement.
Spam Reports: Identify if any of your emails are flagged as spam.
Delivery Issues: Determine if an attendee provided an incorrect email address or if there were DNS issues on the recipient's end.
Identify and Resolve Delivery Issues Early
You can use the Email Analytics feature to identify delivery issues quickly. Imagine discovering that a portion of your audience never received your event reminders because of incorrect email entries or misconfigured DNS settings. To do so, follow these steps:
Navigate to an event within your Sequel Admin Dashboard
Select the Emails tab
Select the Open Email Log and search your registrants through the search bar to find the email engagement from any user to see if they have received, opened, and/or clicked any email sent.
You can easily track individual engagement with the searchable email history, allowing you to spot errors and proactively reach out to affected attendees, ensuring everyone receives the information they need.
Please note that this timeline view is stored for seven days, giving you enough time to analyze attendee behavior and fine-tune your communication strategy.
Boost Event Success with Actionable Insights
You can now better understand your audience's engagement patterns. Are there certain emails that are consistently unopened? Perhaps a redesign or a change in timing would increase open rates. By identifying which emails are most effective, you can optimize your messaging to better serve your audience and boost attendance and engagement for future events.
