Some common factors that may result in someone having trouble entering the Sequel components are the following:
Network restrictions (common with school or corporate networks)
The above may block a user from entering the Sequel components and will need to complete one or more of the following steps:
Disable any existing VPN or firewall on device
Join mobile hotspot network
Access Virtual Stage via incognito window or different browser (to isolate the issue)
Use generic laptop or mobile device
We highly recommend all Hosts and Presenters of a Virtual Stage to complete the media device settings prior to entering the backstage.
