Sharing Slide Content During Event

Upload your presentation in Media for easy access, navigation, and high quality content.

Updated over a week ago

Slides allow Hosts and Presenters to upload their presentations and share them natively in Sequel.io; no screen-share is required!

This provides a higher quality, crisp view for your webinar or event.

Uploading Slides on the Virtual Stage

Hosts and Presenters can upload their Slides directly to the Virtual Stage right on your website! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the media tab and select 'Upload Media'.

  2. Choose the file from your system.

  3. Toggle 'Show on Stage' to share Slides with attendees.

Once uploaded, you can easily navigate through your slides using the arrow keys or the thumbnail previews. Each presenter can access the controls so no one has to say, "Next slide, please," or swap competing screen shares!

To end your presentation, click the 'X' button to close the slideshow.

We currently only support the upload of PDF files for slides (*Enterprise customers have access to upload pptx). If your presentation has animation or GIFs built-in, they will not work once converted to PDF. In this case, please use our screen-share feature.

Videos inside slide decks can be uploaded separately into Media tab and played from Sequel. Once the media is over, the slide can resume again!

Uploading Slides via the Admin Dashboard

Sequel.io's Media Hub allows Admins to upload and link multiple presentations to your events. Log into your Admin Dashboard and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Media Hub tab in the side menu.

  2. Select 'Upload Media'.

  3. Choose the file or files you'd like to add.

  4. Link Slides to specific events.

After uploading, you can effortlessly manage your slides. The media hub allows you to download, rename, or delete slides as you require.
