Check out this FAQ below to get some quick answers to some of the most common recurring event questions.

Updated over 2 months ago

Can I delete an upcoming recurring event?

Yes, except for the first event within your recurring series. Once you delete a recurring event, the entire series will stop regardless of the initial frequency.

Can I delete a past event within my recurring series?

Yes, you can delete any past recurring event within a series (except for the first event) without impacting the series.

How can I see my analytics?

Even though you will have multiple events in a recurring series, event analytics will be event-specific. There is no way to see aggregate analytics within a recurring series.

I created a series: where are my upcoming events?

Once you create your event series, the upcoming event will be displayed in the Upcoming Events tabs in your Sequel Admin Dashboard. Once that event passes, it will move over to past events, and then the next event in your series will be displayed in the upcoming tab. You will only see one event (the soonest upcoming) in the upcoming tab.

Can I publish a replay within an event that was a part of my recurring series?

Yes โ€” each event in the series will be displayed in the Past Events section of your Sequel Admin Dashboard. If you want to publish and share the replay, select the event, publish the replay via the Media tab, and toggle on the post-event emails. Replays for sessions in recurring events will only be accessible via post-event emails. This does not apply to the first event of the recurring series.

Can I modify my recurring sessions?

You cannot modify the first event of your recurring series. However, you can modify any of the following events in your series. Any changes in a subsequent event will carry over to the next event within the series.
