Creating a webinar series is a robust revenue-generating tool. Sequel.io allows you to create a recurring event that requires only one embed code. That means once you embed the first webinar of your series, that Virtual Stage will be used for the next event within your cadence.
This is an excellent solution for those looking to have a consistent webinar cadence and content without the extra lift of creating a new Virtual Stage and embedding each time. To make your workflow even more efficient, learn how to make your sessions simulive!
To set up a recurring event, follow these steps:
Select +New Event in your Sequel Admin Dashboard
Add event name, start date & time, banner image, and the duration of the event
Select Recurring Event under Event Type
Select the frequency of the event — repeat every # of:
Business Day
Day
Week
Month
Select when the recurring event series should end:
Never
On a specific date
After # of occurrences
Select Create Event, and that is it! Now, you can navigate to the Registration tab to configure your event registration. Don't forget to use the URL where you embedded the Sequel iframe under the Registration tab!
Once you create the recurring series, you cannot delete or modify the first event. Any modifications to subsequent events may impact your recurring series.
